Return Policy – Harper & Rowe Chicago

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must not show any signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

  • Items purchased in multiple sizes or styles with the intent to return part of the order are not eligible for return.

  • Returns must be initiated after you have physically received the package.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international or customs fees.

Harper & Rowe Chicago reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or show signs of use not consistent with ordinary inspection.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@harperandrowechicago.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your order number

    • Full name and shipping address

    • The reason for return

    • A photo of the item, if it arrived damaged or defective

  3. You will receive the return address and instructions from our support team.
    Do not send your return to the sender address on the package.

All return shipments are at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and other handling charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order number.
We will review the case and provide replacement or refund instructions.


Responsibility

  • Harper & Rowe Chicago is not responsible for lost return shipments or packages showing as delivered by the carrier.

  • The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
